The decor at Hotel Cerro is stunning, blending modern and rustic elements beautifully. The garden area and rooftop pool are definite highlights. However, be prepared for noise from nearby bars that linger into the night. The customer service could use some improvement to elevate the experience further.

The hotel had a great location and lovely staff, and the spa services were outstanding. However, noise from nearby bars made it hard to sleep, and some amenities like the rooftop bar closed much too early for my taste.

The hotel's design felt inviting and stylish, with beautiful gardens perfect for relaxation. The King Room had a spacious layout, great lighting, and modern rustic decor. Enjoyed the rooftop heated pool and found the edible garden an interesting touch. Staff greeted us warmly and were attentive throughout. However, the bed felt a bit too soft for my comfort, which left me with a sore back. I also had issues with the indoor fireplace not working and didn’t receive prompt assistance despite asking about it. There was minor noise from nearby bars at night, which could be disruptive for light sleepers.

I stayed in the King Room with Balcony City View. The room was spacious and had a great modern yet rustic vibe. The bathroom was super nice with a big walk-in shower—definitely a highlight! The bed was firm, perfect for good sleep. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from nearby bars at night. Still, overall, it was a lovely room.

The King Room with Balcony and City View offered stunning views and comfortable accommodations. Excellent access to downtown allowed easy walks to restaurants and shops. Despite the great location, the overall experience felt slightly lacking in terms of personalized service. While the steak served was one of the best I've had, a more attentive dining staff would have enhanced the meal. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet minor improvements could elevate the experience further.

Hotel Cerro is a breathtaking venue with beautiful rooms and welcoming staff. While we loved the garden and spa, noise from nearby bars made sleeping difficult, and the front desk needed improvement for better guest communication. Overall, still worth a visit for its charm and amenities.
